Private Home Management
- Home Check: We offer weekly, bi-weekly or monthly scheduled home visits conducting interior and exterior visual inspections. If any issues arise, we will promptly and professionally take care of them.
- Home Wait: We can be there when you can’t, available to let in workers, supervise deliveries, installations, repairs, and more.
- Home Care: Prepare home for your arrival/departure: Bring in mail, newspapers and flyers, turn on water and flush pipes, open blinds, put out patio furniture, set heating/cooling to proper temperatures, start stored vehicles. By request, we will arrange for cleaning.
- Home Repair: Why call a handyman when we can perform most minor repairs ourselves, further saving our clients time and money.
- Short Term Rental: VRBO / airbnb Pre Check-in and Post Check-out inspection, repair services and homeowner concierge. By request, we will arrange for cleaning.

Cottage / Condo Ready Standard Services: 1600 sq. ft. or less
(Starting at $100 per month)
- Bi-Monthly Cottage / Condo Checks: $100/month (2 visits per month)
- Weekly Cottage / Condo Checks: $200/month (4 visits per month)
*Dock or pier included in monthly package for an additional $12.50 per visit.
Cottage Ready Standard Services include:
Home Exterior
- Walk the perimeter of the cottage/condo and check for overall condition, erosion, signs of water leakage or drainage issues
- Remove newspapers and fliers
- Remove fallen yard debris
- Check landscaping for potential problems, in the event a landscaping issue is identified, landscapers will be notified to remedy
- Check windows screens and doors for any damage or signs of intrusion
- Check exterior for visible signs of maintenance issues
- Check garage
- Check exterior lights, replace bulbs when necessary
- Visually check siding and walls for cracks and water issues
- Check fences and walls both within the interior and exterior of the property
- Visually check for any insect or pest intrusion
Home Interior
- Visually check the overall condition of the cottage/condo
- Visually check for signs of water leaks; under sinks, water heaters, dishwashers, washing machines and around ceilings, doors and windows
- Visually check signs of pest intrusion
- Check windows for signs of mold or mildew and verify they are locked
- Visually check circuit breakers and reset any that have flipped
- Run garbage disposal, dishwasher, washing machine and dryer
- Check refrigerator and freezer, adjust settings accordingly
- Flush all toilets and wait until the run is complete
- Check thermostat, run heating and air conditioning to verify operation
- Reset security system upon departure
- Open windows upon arrival, close and secure upon departure *additional fee
New Client Setup Fee $100. Includes first home walk through, key duplication and client setup.
Bungalow Ready Standard services: 2000 sq. ft. or less and lot size of 6000 sq. ft. or less
(Starting at $150 per month)
- Bi-Monthly Bungalow Checks: $150/month (2 visits per month)
- Weekly Bungalow Checks: $300/month (4 visits per month)
