Big Wednesday -San Diego trip 8.30.2014 444 (3)  Robert Gregory: Native to Newport Beach, son of a General Contractor/master craftsman, was raised in the building trades. From custom home construction to finish work, under his father’s tutelage, he developed a broad range of skills and an eye for detail.

Pursuing interests in Newport Harbor he worked with luxury yacht builders and owners performing marine-grade repairs, installations, finish work and deliveries.

Upon graduating from the San Francisco Art Institute, he was hired by an exhibit design and fabrication firm requiring museum quality standards. As installation manager for multi-million dollar projects, he supervised large crews possessing a wide range of skills and experience.

An opportunity to work for a Real Estate related internet start-up brought his family back to Corona del Mar. For fifteen years, Robert was instrumental in successfully growing the business becoming Vice President of Sales. Responsible for every facet of the sales department, he further developed his management and negotiating skills.

Laurel Gregory: Laurel brings a balanced array of skills and assets to Coastal Ready.  Upon receiving her Bachelor’s degree in communications from Chapman University, she was hired as an administrative assistant for a local engineering firm that catered to the global market.

Prior to Coastal Ready, Laurel ran Order Restored, a home organizing business with services now available through Coastal Ready. In addition to her organizing expertise, she was recently responsible for rehabbing residential income properties. Her most recent renovation project suffered from twenty years of deferred maintenance. By improving the property through her management of contractors and maintenance personnel, she increased annual revenue by five hundred percent for her client.

Coupled with a background in hospitality, her organization efforts have been helping local homeowners with a variety of needs. Her discretion and sensitivity instill trust and confidence in her clients.
